Process Requirement–
Smog is a part of life in Southern California. A large SoCal power company decided to do their share by developing a system that injects a urea/water mixture to reduce the amount of NOX (nitric oxide) output by 60%.

• Using the Tigermags 4-20mA output thru a computer system, the customer was able to measure and establish a precise ratio of urea to water that was injected into the working furnace to reduce the NOX emitted fromthe furnace stacks.
• The accuracy and dependability of the Tigermag has passed with flying colors in this application - the first units sold have passed their 4 year service mark.
• This customer has purchased over 160 1/2" & 2" Tigermags.
