Mag-Command^TM for Magmeters

Sparling's Proprietary Flowmeter Programming Software

6/16/96 -- Sparling Instruments, Inc. incorporates an easy-to-use method of programming and calibration into their Tigermag^TM and TigermagEP^TM magnetic flow meter product lines. This innovative menu driven programming system is called MAG-COMMAND^TM.

MAG-COMMAND^TM is an internal menu-driven software package that allows you to program your meter with yes/no commands. Each menu step is clearly displayed on the readout.

There is no need to open the transmitter housing to program the meter. Meter variables are selected and changed from outside the meter's explosion-proof rating and protects delicate electronics from the possiblity of damage from environmental hazards.

Some of the menu selections are: flow rate and total, security lock, selectable engineering units, full scale settings, analog or pulse output, damping, low flow cutoff, self diagnostics and others.
